Job Profiler Online is an advanced Web-enabled tool that helps HR professionals and line-managers to identify the particular areas of personality that are important to success in a role before the selection process begins. Using this, people who know the job well can create a role profile and then identify the extent to which an individual's personal profile matches the requirements of the role.

In order to use Job Profiler Online, you must be a trained PAPI (Personality and Preference Inventory) user and have a Job Profiler Online account already set up for your use. If you do not have a Job Profiler Online account but would be interested to find out more, contact your local Cubiks office and speak to your PAPI administrator or consultant. Alternatively, you can click on the 'Contact Cubiks' link on the left-hand side of the screen.
