Who will have access to the data and how will it be used? The data collected from you when you do the actual test online is stored on a secure sever in the UK and can only be accessed by the data holder (Cubiks) and the organisation and/or their associates who sent you the invitation to take the test. Your data will not be passed on to a third party unless it is made anonymous or your permission is obtained to do so. The data will only be used in the manner communicated to you by the organisation who sent you the invitation to take the test. If used in a selection process the data will most likely be used in combination with other information collected about you (eg education details; interview scores). The data may be used to give you feedback on your results. The data may also be used for research purposes. For example, to analyse the organisation’s selection processes and/or update our comparison group data for comparing individual scores on the test to a relevant group. You can gain access to the information that is held on you by contacting the organisation that sent you the invitation to take the test. This may incur a small handling fee. Click on ‘Next’ to see the instructions for completing the verbal practice items and/or the numerical practice items, alternatively click on the link in the left hand navigation panel. No data is stored when you complete these items. |
